"Very impressed by this hotel! Super clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful! We felt comfortable walking around outside the hotel and it has lots of access to public transportation both bus and subway. I would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area!"

"Great experience. Room was clean. Always had fresh towels. Not the greatest of areas, many warehouses around but well worth it if you can overcome that. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. "

While the staff were very pleasant, I had a billing issue as they couldn't see that I paid for my room via Orbitz and I was accidentally charged again for my stay. Took some time to investigate the matter. "
