Beautiful room with amazing views! Staff all amazing, friendly and happy! Bar service exceptional. Pool was lovely and very peaceful. Gardens amazing. Nice location, around 20 mins walk to Leaning Tower and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the shower is a bit tricky, either too hot or too cold, the overall experience was good.
