“This is a great hotel in the heart of San Remo. Spa is newly refitted and the relaxation area / steam room / sauna are high quality and immaculately clean.
The only reason for my 4 star review instead of 5, is that our room was connecting to another and the noise transference is more than we would have liked. In mentioning this to the staff, we were told that our only option was to pay the excess to upgrade to the next category of room. I wasn't angling for an upgrade - just needed a quiet room!”

Located in the heart of Sanremo, it is a convenient location for enjoying Sanremo to the fullest into the night.
The room was clean and simple but had everything I need.
However, there is a problem with the staff.
I called the provided number about 10 times, but there was no answer.
Responses to messages and emails were delayed, and I had to resend messages about five times before I finally got a reply.
The building does not have an elevator.

“Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war immer und überall äußerst freundlich. Das Hotel lag direkt an der Innenstadt und war somit gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken geht in der Hotelgarage, hier sollte man in der Hauptsaison unbedingt vorher reservieren. Alles in allem würden wir hier wieder übernachten”
