Apartment 'Behling 1 with Terrace' with Shared Terrace, Communal Garden and Wi-Fi

The 24 m² apartment is located in Liepe and accommodates up to 2 guests in a combined living and sleeping area with bathroom. The accommodation was renovated in autumn 2020/21 and features a private, fully equipped open kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV, washing machine, dryer, baby cot and high chair for your comfort.



You can enjoy the communal, uncovered terrace and the shared garden, where you can relax. For families with children, there is also a communal playground.



Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Public transport is accessible. Pets are welcome, but events on the property are not permitted.



Relax in the peaceful garden or take a walk directly into the adjacent forest. At the nearby Rosinsee, a clear bathing lake, you can swim – but please be aware of mosquitoes during your stay.



Please note that the final cleaning price only includes linen packages for the standard occupancy (2 persons). For each additional person, you must either bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for an additional fee.
