“There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……

“Initially, I thought choosing this hotel and its location was an excellent decision. The location was convenient yet offered a great sense of privacy. The property itself was beautiful, and the food was excellent. However, I felt that the property's full potential was not being realized, and some improvements would make the overall stay more comfortable and enjoyable.”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.”
