We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. 「Nachdem wir angekommen sind haben wir festgestellt das der Fernseh nicht funktionierte, es war im ganzen Appartment immer überschlagen, nie wirklich angenehm warm obwohl wir die Heizungen anschliessend auf 6 aufgedreht hatten. Mülltüten waren nur die im Mülleimer vorhanden wie auch keine Küchenrolle und ein Schwamm der schon benutzt war, nur kleine Pfannen vorhanden die total kaputt waren. Toiletten waren sauber und Toilettenpapier ausreichend da. Unter den Teppich im Wohnbereich waren Brösel...
