"Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again "

"From the moment we booked, Annie and Ross were amazing hosts. They were in contact with us prior to our stay and during, to make sure everything was ok, if there was anything we needed etc. The cottage is beautiful, clean, warm and cosy, with a stunning view just to add to the stay. There is nothing negative to say about the cottage or hosts, we couldn't recommend this any higher. We will definitely be back."

"This was a great place to use as a base for our 6 day stay in Launceston. very centrally located. Handy to IGA and Woolies. We like to shop locally then mainly do our own cooking so the really well-equipped kitchen set up was ideal for us. (Maybe some instructions on the use of the microwave + a Microwave safe dish or two for reheating, cooking veggies etc. We bought a DECOR one, suited us just fine.) "The view is just amazing, the place is huge, peaceful and quite. Very well equipped. On the downside: there is no spa or hot tub, be prepared to take your rubbish with you (would be nice to know before you arrive!), 4WD driveway, no firewood, fly screens need to be changed (holes size of a fist). "The cottage was perfect. Quite, secluded, well appointed, clean. We had a 1 night stay after hiking all day. The only sound was bird song. We had an outdoor bath and a warm shower and a wonderful dinner by the fireplace. The listing undersells the kitchen: it is fully equipped and you could cook anything here. We kept it simple as we’d been hiking, but you could cook up a feast here."
