“The whole team from reception, to bar staff were great and helped ensure an enjoyable stay. Room cleanliness was spot on and usual amenities changed daily by the cleaning staff - Gabrielle had prepared room for our stay (name was indicated on welcome card), and the initial high standard was maintained throughout. Had a near miss or two exiting bathroom area, as water from shower cubicle getting through gap in door, so floor - even though we were wiping it up - could get a little slippy……

“Our boys liked the room. Clean and comfortable. Good location, not too far from the tram station.”

“位置很好，就在市政厅广场，离其他的景点都在可以接受的范围。酒店顶层可以晒太阳同时眺望山上的城堡。离著名的海滩也不远。附近有很多条餐饮街，随时可以找到吃的。”

“The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and……

“A convenient Hotel”

“The room was very clean and modern, the hot tub was wonderful, just what we needed after a day exploring Only issue we had was we couldn't leave our bags in the luggage storage as the code didn't work, and I messaged to see if we could leave them for a few hours on the day we checked out and I still haven't had a response. I ended up paying for storage near the airport bus stop instead”

“Muy limpio, buenas indicaciones, bien ubicado.”

“Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied……
