「It is easy to find and a good car part. From there it just got better. There was a lively welcome as we entered the bar and very efficient check in. The room was very new well looked after. We had dinner in the carvery and then worked on our laptops in the bar afterwards. The bed was very comfortable, strange for a hotel I find, and slept very well. The only downside is the hot water in the shower does take an age to arrive but once it does, there is plenty of it. We will return.」

The place was family run and everyone we encountered was brilliant, all working together & multitasking, like a well oiled machine. 「Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. 「The Arc Harrogate is a small but fantastic hotel. There were detailed instructions sent to me about everything before I arrived and I had a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The parking is on street parking, but the hotel provided the necessary permits, complete with a photo of how to display them and details of what time the parking ran out.
