「We were satisfied with the check-in process and were really excited about staying in the water bungalow for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the experience did not fully live up to what we expected for the price.
Our biggest disappointment was the lack of privacy. We booked what was advertised as a private water bungalow expecting a secluded and romantic anniversary getaway. Instead, boats were able to come within just a few feet of the bungalow. At one point, people on a boat were literally...
