“The home is very clean and the area quiet, although the IUP student population was largely gone during our visit. The bedding and linens were high quality. We were visiting for a family event and the property was a nice alternative to a hotel room. We didn't cook, but the kitchen is very nicely remodeled. Many thanks to the hosts for leaving some snacks and cookies!”

“Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. ”
