It was limited dining and service was meh. Had to get a pool towel from valet. No room service available. Staff seemed like they were working short handed, which I understand fully. Housekeeping came by when they felt like it per day. It was kind of a boring resort.

I am not pleased about having to pay for parking when the parking gate was open the entire time. There was free in and out privileges. Why do we need to pay with the gate was always open. The afternoon employees at the front desk were not pleasant.

I liked it was close to airport I didn’t like the loud fire alarm went off twice during my stay and it was very loud and took at least 25 minutes for it to stop I didn’t like the maid did not come everyday Shower leaked water on floor Staying one hour after check out is $25

When we arrived for our stay we were informed that we booked a deal that was for Kauai residents only. And if we wanted the room reserved for us, we would have to pay an additional $200 a night. No assistance offered. I was made to sit in the lobby at 10:30pm with my family while I checked prices and booked our same room through a third party, Expedia. The Customer service in this situation was appalling. And the promos completely misleading. Plus we had to pay daily for parking and the water slide was closed half the time.
