Wow! Mahalo! I appreciate it when my guests say exactly as described because that is what it is. Way better then a normal rental. I want my guests to experience the best possible and I do all I can in amenities and assistance to make that happen. it is the best location on the island and one of the best resorts. Mahalo and thank you very much. As my description and so many guests mention, my home is not just a rental, it's a home and I try to give people all the comforts. I'm not a chef, although I'd like to think I am,LOL. I cook and bake and I have great kitchen facilities and provide all my condiments and more so guests do not have to buy and have all thery need and more. There are lots wonderful restaurants on Kauai from my local Dives I recommend to the medium and exoensive all in “My Wemi World Famous Island Write Up” .so many guets mention But eating out can be expensive. Having a great kitchen and facilities to cook makes life easier with the barbecues. There are excellent grocery stores, Safeway, Foodland, local markets, Costco, Walmart and even Longs drugs. So combining the ability to cook and BBQ at home with well planned eating out makes it an even better trip for my guests. In tat my home.he end that’s what your trrip is about and I do my best to make sure you have a star experience. The location is the best on the island. Mahalo for a super review and the 5 stars. I try to make sure my description is as accurate as can be. I pay all the resort fees so everything is free to use and park and the mooMP internet with my $1300 a month Association dues. The condo is actually ha;l way between Lihiue and the airport 5 to 10 minutes away and Kapaa which is 10 minutes North of my Condo. Communicating with my guests is important to em to help make sure they enjoy and make the most of thier trip. I do leave everything I have for my self for my guests to use. It is far more than a normal rental and saves guests expenses on buying items they would throw away. My cleanliness standards exceed the Covid protocols, I like clean and it shoudl be the way for guests. Yopu were great guests and welcome back anytime. Mounque

Thank you for the review. Once in a while I get four stars, you're my 17th in 20 years. The condo is always clean, 3 weeks before your arrival we did a 3 person 6 hour deep clean and the carpets were cleaned. We would like to know what was missing in that.clean so we can correct it. Regarding it being dated. As my description says some people say that and other love its decorations, AS mt description says I knew I was dated when my friend's daughter came in the house and said did you know Paul McCartney was in another band before wings? I like it and many other do. I sincerely hope all the other amenities you did not mention were sufficient for you..

Mahalo. My goal is to provide a home away from home and not just a rental. The hotel is not part of the condo's. But I pay for facility pools. They use to have a condo discount and eliminated that after Covid. Now Outrigger is coming back for the second time and they are making big hotel changes. The auto tip is new and first I have heard from it. But big hotels are no longer guest friendly. Which is why I provide so much more so my guests have all facilities free. Great kitchen, condiments, all supplies and more so my guests have a fully supplied home to stay in and not just a rental. Thanks for being a great guest. You are more than welcome back. Mounque

Mahalo. I appreciate you saying "The condo was better supplied than any condo we have used before, and he has a full description so you know what to expect." I go out of my way to make sure my guests have way more than a rental. The pool and Jacuzzi and BBQ at the condo are really nice and the hotels pools are super. Yes I accommodate special requests and my house keeper got the unscented soap and rewashed all the laundry for you. She removed the scented air fresheners and aired out the unit so when you arrived it was a scent free as possible. My goal is for my guests to have the best time and least hassle in a home away from home. Mahalo and please come back.

Thanks for trying to change the 5 minutes yo short stroll and VBRO does not allow changes. The beach is about a minute or two depending if you walk fast or stroll. Since you're using my home, there is much more available to my guests than in a normal rental. I leave everything for you to use. I'm always upgrading the condo with suggestions from guests. I cook and bake and my kitchen is beyond fully equipped. I often go to the beach with coffee and watch the sunrises and when raining take one of my beach umbrellas I provide all. Mahalo for your review. The location is best on the island, close to everything & yet very secluded. As you mentioned, the exclusive resort is sitting on a 3 Mile Long Beach that runs along the golf course and goes all the way to Lydgate Park. Sometimes you can walk it and never run into anybody. The resort facilities are super and all are included in your rental. I pay $1,600 a month HOA due for those. Since you're renting my home as you're home away from home it does have everything you need and more, because I give you everything I use for myself. The bed has a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper and is super comfy, but if someone wants a more firmer bed it is removable so it can convert to accommodate everyone's needs. It is a great resort and a great location on the island close enough to the airport you don't have to leave hours before your flight and close to the best shopping on the island yet it's secluded. When someone says I can't say enough that's more than enough for other people to know that it's the best deal on the island.

I am sorry you misinterpreted the picture of a sunrise on the beach and did not read my description and only the headline that says great sunrises. My description is very clear and mentioned 3 times that the building is three buildings back from the ocean and a one minute walk. This is the first time in over 20 years of renting someone has made that comment. I appreciate you said my home is a good property and I hope it served you well for your three nights.

I have many returning guests over and over but most people who come to Kauai its for a once in a lifetime trip and special occasion. I want them to have the best possible experience. It seems flight cancellations or rescheduling are happening on a ridiculous regular basis. You were fortunate that I had a one day gap between you and the next guest and we were able to accommodate your getting additional time on the island and still a condo to freshen up before you left. This doesn't always happen because I have many guests arriving the same day other guests are leaving. The entire resort is relaxing, including use of the hotels pools and many of the kids like the water slide. Thank you for your five star review and you were a wonderful guest and you're welcome back it is the best location on the island for being able to see all of the island and not spending a lot of time in the car also for arriving and leaving as it's close to the airport and on A2 lane highway that does not get shut down for accidents. I do everything I can to make sure my guests have everything they need and more it's why I replaced the two beach chairs with new Tommy Bahama chairs when you mentioned one was bent. It's my home when I travel I rent it and I leave everything for my guests. The kitchen is as well stocked as it can be because I cook and I bake. I leave all my beach stuff so people can enjoy the beach. I make my description as accurate as possible. My semi for world famous write up has not won a Pulitzer yet but I keep trying it's mentioned by many guests to be better than any book on the island. I hope you don't wait six years to come back

The resort location is the best location on the island. A short distance to the airport with no long tiring drive after a long flight. Centrally located to go north or South and just five to 10 minutes from each side of Lihue with the best shopping. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bath and ideal for 2 people. It paid for along with all the condo facilities with my $1300 a month Home owners dues. All free parking, 200 MPS Internet, BBQ's, pools, beach access, tennis and basketball courts. You are among the first to use the all new water heater, washer and dryer, dishwasher, disposal, 3 filter reverse osmosis water filter system, microwave, AC units, ceiling fans and bamboo sheets and towels.
