“This was a very nice property in all aspects. Parking was easy and amenities inside condo and on property were great and clean. Staff always available and helpful, kind and friendly. The Mai tai Monday and produce market on property were added benefits! Breakfast food truck also nice option! Thank you! ”

“The property was well kept and the adjacent beach was a draw for beginner surfers. It wasn’t flat so not a lot of area to spread out chairs. You need to be aware that each unit is different. Ours was carpeted which was unusual for a beach property. There was no AC in the unit (standard at this resort) and it was quite humid at the end of September. We requested a box fan for the room which was a life saver. Our unit did not have any grilling tools for the Barbq and there were no xtras to borrow……

“Our stay here in Princeville was amazing! Kimberlee was the best host, so sweet and excellent communication. The studio was perfect for my husband and I. We loved coming back from a fun day adventuring or at the beach to a welcoming, clean space and really enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The best stay and will defiantly be back here to stay! “Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. The location was convenient — Safeway and Ross are across the street and the Coconut Marketplace is a short drive. Dave, the property owner, was very responsive when we couldn’t get the……

“Place looks just like the pictures! There is AC in the bedroom if you leave the door open, It will sort of cool off the living area as well, which was nice because it was a little warmer than usual the week we were here with a high humidity!I don’t think for the price you could beat the location or the amenities. Owner was always responsive and if we come back, we’d stay here again. Had some great amenities even beach chairs, which we didn’t need, but it’s great to see them there. Nice cooking……

Sleeping in the super comfortable bed with the windows open to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, the awesome shower, the views, the kitchen, the decorations, the pool, walking to an amazingly picture perfect cove a few houses away, the kindness of our hosts (they set out a bottle of wine for our stay, gave excellent suggestions on places to see and dine and let us pet their sweet cats). “Beautifully located on the North Shore and close to everything we wanted to explore. The unit had everything we needed, it is small, but very nice.”

“Wonderful unit! Clean, set up was great. Good location, central on the east side. Unit owners are very nice and have great communication. Made sure we knew about the tsunami warning and even gave tips on where to go. The beach is very relaxing. ”

“The room is as described and the photos are accurate. It is very close to the pool and beach. Much of the stuff you would need for a day on the beach are on the patio: chairs, small cooler, boogies boards, snorkel equip, etc. The owners were very communicative and detailed with instructions. They even offered to let us check in a bit early since the room was cleaned before check in time. Not everything was perfect for us but not enough of an issue to deduct a star. The bed isn't very……
