"Michael was extremely communicative and made sure we were aware of the construction underway on site. The location is great, and even with closures to one of the restaurants and the main lobby, it didn't feel like we were missing anything. The room was comfortable and roomy for the two of us, and the beach was just steps away. Would defintiely stay here again! "

"Nice clean unit at KBR. Pool view with a little peak at the ocean. Top floor was nice and quiet. Unit had a decent sized cooler and 2 beach chairs for use. Full size fridge was nice and our only issue is that the bed is VERY soft and probably due for an upgrade. Overall would recommend and stay again. Also as of 2/9/26 There is currently some construction going on at KBR that made it a little challenging to get around and the main hotel bar is closed which limited entertainment options on property."

"I have stayed in many hotels, motels and resorts. Plan your expectations accordingly when you look for a place to stay. Tip Top was a last minute need due to flight schedule. They are an older cinder block building near the airport which was my first requirement. 2nd they were clean. I check the cleanliness every f the bathroom which generally sets the time for overall cleanliness. 3rd access, we got in late and just needed somewhere to sleep that was quick in. They sent me the keyless entry code and I was able to check in online get in our room and leave with no fuss. Last safety, well lit and well cared for area so I felt safe arriving at 10:30 at night. Bonus is they have a great cafe for breakfast. Highly recommend, but caution you to remember it is a basic motel not a resort. "

"Owner was super nice. Rooms were clean and supplied with essentials. Breakfast was great. Just watch out if using gps make sure it shows bridge is out. The way in has a beautiful skyline view of cliffs and the river. "

"Our condo was very clean and spacious. It worked beautifully for just the two of us but could definitely accommodate a small family in just one condo. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Ocean view was astonishingly beautiful!"
