“Very quiet friendly staff. Very convenient scooter rentals. Centrally located between Panglao and chocolate hills”

“An excellent accommodation for a nature-lover. I like the tranquility and peaceful environment there. Enjoy the feeding of animals like monkeys, chickens and fish. The staff is helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sabino, the driver, who is a very experienced young man who is a tour guide in the Loboc River cruise”

“Hyvä uima-allas ja mahdollisuus vuokrata scootteri”

“If you need the tricycle or car pick-up by asking receptionists' help, you might get the higher transportation fee than the average.”

“The Busai Dream Property is a real DREAM! We were first greeted by the most friendliest staff, they helped us with any of our needs. I would definitely book this property in the future. The property is clean, and not too far away from the port and also 2 hours away from the Airport. They serve very delicious food and it's all cooked in the property.”

“Sea view but very flat beach/shoreline. Signage to the property was virtually non-existant, just bamboo letters on a bamboo facia. Very basic accomodation, cheap and adequate for a short stay. Main door needs some TLC, Karaoke at end of beach didn't go on too late. Staff friendly and informative.”

“Personnel and place”

“The owner is well travelled, very friendly and helpful, great facilities, very convenient location. Highly recommended.”

“First, I would like to say the hardware is not as good as a regular hotel. And due to the location, there are a lot mosquitos. But we are very well treated here. The food is home made style. and can be ordered from fresh market. Margarita(the owner) is an elegance lady with a French taste. The price is never too expensive. with the sun set from the pool, it is fantastic...”

“The view was beautiful from the room and balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Everybody is always happy to see you and offer assistance in any way.”

“酒店外部环境还是可以的，可以对着大海吃饭，而且还可以步行到悬崖下看海星； 住宿方面，里面设施比较简单，拖鞋、牙刷都得自带的，而且空调是比较吵，要有心理预期； 吃饭的费用比外面贵，但有他的特色，农场的雪糕还是不错的；”

“如帝制社會 稍微與規定不符 硬是收你5000菲幣 雖然對沒有守規矩訂有罰則 但也不是漫天要價 真的很同情被宰的客人”

“Air con very noise”

“位置在山上,交通不便,只能叫計程車.距離alona beach有25分車程.但風景很棒,躺在房間外的躺椅上,看見森林,海口,有渡假的fun.含早餐,晚餐,餐點好吃.”
