"Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat. In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work."

"Staff was great. Location was great. Price was good. Bathroom was a bit more of a squeeze than I expected, but otherwise nicely appointed and fine. Best hot shower I ever had in India! I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. I didn't really need to use all that, I just stayed in my room, but i could imagine those things might be useful for an extended stay, or if one was traveling with a group. The main down side was that the A/C had some sort of intake vent problem and it was bringing in some slightly musky scent at night, and it had a remote that was not functioning consistently. Happily the room was quite cool and the fan was enough, and there was no problem running the A/C during the day. In general I had a nice stay and appreciated the incredibly friendly staff."

"The hotel is in poor condition. Some areas were being renovated while we were there but this was very disruptive and the mess was not cleared up promptly. Breakfast is in a dingy basement and did not look good - despite it being included in the room rate we did not eat it. The room was spacious but didn't feel particularly clean. While the bed sheets were clean you could see stains from the mattress and pillows through them. The toilet was in the shower so was soaked every time we showered. There were holes in the walls/ceiling - just felt very run down. The air conditioning was good. We were told to keep the curtains closed as the hotel exterior was being painted. This was unpleasant. The rooftop bar, cafe and restaurant were all nice areas - I can't comment on the food but we had pleasant drinks there. The area is great - the location of the hotel is its best feature. The staff were brilliant - friendly, polite and attentive. "

"The room was adequate if a little dusty in places. The staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast offering fell short. The service was slow, ponderous and at times disjointed. The fayre was ok but lacking quality "

"The lady at Check in was terrible 😢 and rude. The worst part was when I was going out for coffee and gave her the room keys, her reaction are you checking out. I said NO, will be back. Then she repeatedly called to know if I have checked out and will come back. I did call her back and let her know that now I am definitely not coming back. The rooms were ok. But nothing GOOD. Thank you !!"
