Where to start with this "hotel" the staff were pleasant enough. The pool is just a accident waiting to happen. Apart from wing nuts screwed into the side of the pool and a light hanging out of it's fitting there was the water pump that sucked my hand into it,as the cover was missing. I will be putting in a complaint with Expedia over this,Not a great experience overall. The room was nice just a little worn. I did get a good night's sleep though as the bed was big and cosy.

Une bulle de détente intimiste

Excellent accueil de la part de Clémence qui a été top. Repas pris sur place qui était très bon. Le petit moment de détente dans la piscine était très agréable, tout comme la chambre spacieuse et confortable.

This property was tidy and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and quiet. However, the kitchen was dirty and some of the items (including the fridge) had not been cleaned. The pool was only open at inconvenient (for us) times, which was a shame as it looked attractive.

Pleasant stay!

Pleasant stay, just slightly surprised when the staff left shortly after checking us in. Nice breakfast delivered outside our room in the morning. Unfortunately, our busy schedule left no time to try the pool or treatments.

Beau cadre mauvaise gestion

Le cadre est sympathique j’ai séjourné 3 nuits aucun service de chambre serviette pitoyable et non présentable ni même remplacée, accueil du responsable non commerçant du tout le plus important n’est pas le bien être de la personne mais son argent Dommage de délaisser le service et l’accueil il ferait mieux de gérer un camping

Pour une retraite zen et isolée

Très bon séjour au sein de l'établissement, dans le calme et la sérénité, avec un complément massage très relaxant. Seul inconvénient, le site est vraiment isolé, et sans voiture, il est compliqué d'y séjourner. Enfin, le tarif de l'accès au Spa (hammam+jacuzzi) mériterait d'être adapté pour les personnes qui résident dans l'établissement.

Amazing! Highly Recommended

A beautiful hotel hidden on the outskirts of Lille. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue is lovely. Very clean and quiet. The room was large, clean and warm and well equipped with amenities. The spa was beautiful and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast each morning was also a great highlight! Highly recommend.

tres bel endroit

petit séjour sympa avec un tres bon accueil. Prestation massage duo au top, bravo aux masseuses. La piscine est très bien. Peut être juste à revoir l'insonorisation des chambres et quelques finitions à refaire (plynthes en mauvais était dans la sdb.)

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel/gîtes/SPA atypique. Le cadre exterieur est surprenant (zone industriel) mais le site est très calme et très Zen. L'accès à la piscine est un plus à la fin d'une journée de travail. Par contre, l'horaire est un peu limité (fermeture à 20h)
