Floor in the shower was yellow…there were 2 towels in the room, both were wet….brrrr…in the morning I woke up cause I heard mobile vibrating in the room next to me…not even a bottle of water in the room…for 215 euros a night…

Séjour court pour la braderie de Lille . Situation exceptionnelle près de la gare, aspect extérieur non luxueux mais personnel très disponible, souriant, se mets en quatre pour répondre à votre demande . Je n’ai pas testé le petit déjeuner car les repas typiques braderie suffisaient largement à mes besoins, j’adore le côté coresponsable qui ne lésine pas sur la propreté et le confort de sommeil(bien insonorisé aussi) les surfaces sont modestes il faut le savoir mais je connaissais le concept greet et je suis ravie d’avoir pu bénéficier de votre accueil pour mon premier séjour à Lille, pas le dernier je l’espère…

Tres bon accueil. Tres bien situe avec un restaurant bar a cote. Bon rapport qualite prix. En revanche le literie est trop molle et la douche et a changer mais j ai vu a l hotel une affiche disant que sa va etre reffet. J ai ete la bas du 29 decembre au 3 janvier j avais peur au vu de la periode du prix et aucun soucis!

Je l'ai choisis car il faisait partie du groupe accord mais malheureusement il n'a pas le standard accord. On dirait plutôt une auberge de jeunesse qu'hotel. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste et pauvre. Pas d'ascenceur pour accéder à ma chambre et j'avais une grande valise j'ai du monter 2 etages avec escaliers en bois étroit. La chambre donnait sur la rue. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Une chambre un peu petite (mais je pense que cela est un peu inévitable dans le quartier) avec néanmoins tout ce qu’il faut, propre mais avec quelques petits travaux de maintenance à faire (carrelage douche et porte salle de bain, fixation luminaire). Petit déjeuner très correct et quartier très pratique !
