Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré.Probablement pas dans le quartier le plus chic de Roubaix, mais en plein mois d'août c'était calme et facile de stationner.Le linge de lit, serviettes et torchons sont fournis. En revanche nous avons été très déçu par l'état de propreté du sol du rez de chaussée. Collant dans partie cuisine. L'éponge laissée pleine de gras. Et une grande partie de la vaisselle sale dans les placards, même une casserole dans laquelle il restait carrément de l'huile au fond. Nous avons tout relavé avant de nous en servir. Ainsi que les tapis de bain qui semblaient douteux. Un t-shirt laissé par un locataire précédent était toujours roulé en boule dans la salle de bain. Ce n'est pas très agréable. Dommage, autrement ça aurait été vraiment bien
