The apartment is located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the fourth floor of a typical Lille building.

The staircase to the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. There is no elevator in this accommodation.

The apartment comprises a living room with a small equipped area, a double bed (140 x 200) and an open-plan bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
