「Neighborhood is not well cared for-- place opens onto trashy parking lot. Trash and debris outside the door caused a stink/unclean entrance-- should be cleared better. A door mat as you enter apartment would help. Apartment is worn, with basic amenities but all inside was clean and functional, except TV. We had to call host when TV would only show one channel.
