Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want ...

The power was out on Saturday February 28th. We were not able to take any showers and had to walk down 4 flights of stairs in the dark. We were hoping to get some kind of a discount for this inconvenience but have not heard a word from the desk clerk, He said he would call me but never did
