You are renting two bedrooms, with access to first floor facilities in a 2 storey penthouse, located in the geographical center of Lima, right across Jockey Plaza, the best shopping center in Lima, Peru.
With easy access to shopping centers, great restaurants, museums, the national theater, and with a 3 miles running track right outside our building.
You can not ask for a better location; residential, peaceful, safe and with easy access to many of Lima attractions!

You will have 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one full, one powder room), and share access to living/dining area and access to kitchen to warm food.
If you wish to have breakfast served every morning, this can be arranged, please advise ahead of time, whether you want a continental or american style breakfast. We will advise prices upon request.
If you need a parking spot, this can be accommodated for a fee within the underground parking area.
The building is video monitored, and has a security guard 24 hours a day!
There is a plethora of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, Starbucks is 5 minutes away walking, and restaurants are 5 min away across Panamericana Sur Hway, at Jockey Plaza... a hub for shopping, eating and/or entertainment.
There are other malls nearby, as well as restaurants, theaters, museums, etc.

You are just 20 min to the old downtown of Lima, where you will find colonial buildings, old churches and government offices, 10 min to the financial district in San Isidro, and 15-20 min to Miraflores, and their world renowned restaurants and nightlife.
