there seemed to be a general sense of apathy and neglect when we checked in. we has to ask for toilet papaer. the laundry facilities were unavaible for guest use and we were not given any towels either. the resident cat had free reign over all surfaces in kitchen and beyond.

False advertising

I booked a private bathroom with 2 double beds, when I arrived they said they only had a shared bathroom with 1 double bed and 3 singles. If I knew what they would provide I would have booked elsewhere. They also didn’t refund the difference for the night, the least that could have been done, so I paid for a room with private bathroom and had to use a dirty shared bathroom.
