Staff (especially the night-time staff) were very helpful and cheerful. The property is a little run down and there’s no breakfast but otherwise, it’s what u expect to get for this price. The Lyft driver they called turned out to be a dick (not the hotels’ fault), as he took the fare and then dropped me n a very bad ghetto area. No internet, so no ability to call a cab, no translation abilities, etc. i hailed a cab and said “aeropuerto” and he took me to the airport, where I had Wi-Fi and could book a different hotel for that night.

Very charming hotel in a great location in Miraflores. I love that we're so close to the beach! The room is huge and the beds are so comfortable we actually didn't want to leave! Good wi-fi connection, very friendly staff, and the breakfast is decent. I highly recommend this place.

It looks different than online. Our first room had black mold on the ceiling in the shower and it was peeling, also saw a bug in the sink. The staff was very nice and said that is how all rooms are due to the humidity and he moved us to a different room which still had a mildew smell but at least was clean. Also, the room didn't have screens so you couldn't open the window without getting in bugs. The breakfast was very good and walk able to lots of restaurants so overall it was good but they could use a remodel on the rooms.

They got the big things right and then went beyond expectations with little touches. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly English-speaking staff, nice location, timely communication through Expedia messaging, transport services to/from airport. While getting checked in, we were given a glass of fresh orange juice. Also provided, hot water, quality toilet paper, quality sheets and bedding, a fan in the room (great for white noise). Those little luxuries make you feel like a welcomed guest.

My room had a strong musty smell. I don't know if it was the mattress or something else. The painting on the ceiling was peeling. The small towel for the feet as yo come out of the shower was broken. It was my worst experience in a hotel in Peru. The management needs to invest in the property specially if they are going to charge the sort of price I paid. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no one to give me a hand with my luggage walking up three flights of stairs as there is no lift.
