Everything good except for the check-in and check-out time. We waited more than 2 hours to get our room, checking out very inefficient too, Decameron had only one person in the reception to help more than more or less 30 people waiting, of course with that load receptionist was kind of rude (not her fault) Positive: great food at the buffet, great services from the staff in the dining areas, entertaining was a big plus, but

If you come with little babies make sure you bring their passports too otherwise they won’t let you in. The rooms had too many ants and the bathrooms had cockroaches. Check in says at 3 pm however they made us wait until 5 pm to give us a room. I reserved 3 rooms and they were all in different areas despite that we were traveling with little kids and we were all a family. Food was good and service at the diners were great however not happy with the rest for all the money that we paid. Very disappointing.

The only think that I did't like was that you can't make dinner reservations at check in because the all the reservations are sold out by that point. It would be great if that was offered at the RSVP point.

Sugerencias.

La habitación es buena, al desayuno le falta variedad. No hay opción de jugos naturales sin azúcar. Podrían poner más opciones de alimentación saludable, Ejm ensaladas con variedad. Incluso tener avena sin azúcar.

Deben mejorar el check in

Todo muy bonito una vez que estás instalado. Pero el proceso de check in (que supongo han tenido que ajustar apresuradamente para acomodarse a la pandemia) deja todavía mucho que desear. No puede ser la mejor idea que han tenido que se acumule la gente a las tres de la tarde para que todos hagan el ingreso juntos.

FELIZ CUMPLEAÑOS EN DECAMERON EL PUEBLO

Fui con mi amiga-hermana de cariño y de vida Gladys León. Llegamos el 21 de julio para pasar su cumpleaños que fue el 22. En la recepción fuimos atendidas con mucha gentileza e informé del cumpleaños. El 22 enviaron globos a la habitación y en la cena una botella de espumante y una tortita. Muy contentas y disfrutamos.

Desde el primer día traté de comunicarme con. Expedía para coordinar la suspensión o cancelación del servicio porque fuy diagnosticado e ingresado por covid a una clínica. La única respuesta que recibo es “qué tal te fue en tu viaje”. Suena a una buena burla.
