The hotel is in very poor shape, mold in the bathrooms, stains all over the rugs, wall are dirty. mirrors are pilling off the back of it. Horrible hotel.

Noisy. Electric power went off at 10:00pm Their electric generator started but it’s gas exhaust filled the corridor and went inside my room in the second floor. At 11:00 pm I was moved to the third floor. YOU get what you pay for…..but this was to much

Safe, clean and comfortable.
The property is well located, across the Plaza San Miguel. It is clean, it offers a good environment and safety. The room is very comfortable, feather pillows and plenty of covers.

Small rooms for the money
The rooms were extremely small, they did accommodated me to a larger room but was still tiny for the money I paid for. Location was great, service was great, elevator was very small. Bar was not fully supply, ran out of the drinks we were having.

No air conditioning! Only nice thing about this hotel was the bedroom. And no hot water in the shower, couldn't even shower properly, felt like bathing in a waterfall in Antarctica.
