Please note that our accommodation is a B&B not a Hotel that is why we tried to contact you before your check in to agree on a check in time and to give you the instructions for a smooth check in process. It seems that you did not read any ofl the information we have sent you because we have never received a reply from you.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are sorry you did not had a stay as expected. We will appreciate if you can contact us directly so we can have more detail on the issues during your stay so we can address them immediately. The area close to the airport is not a touristic area but is convenient to stay there for late arrivals or early flights from Lima Airport. We are sorry there was a miscommunication with our staff we do not have card machines on site, for guests that want to pay with card we send then a link for the payment. In your case because of the last minute booking and late arrival we were not able to create and send a link at that time so our team told you that the link will be send later but that was not possible either so at check out time they join you to the airport for you to take some cash to pay for the stay. Since you were not able to understand each other for the language barrier they contacted me at 02:00 am and that is when we clarified the situation. When i talked to you and you mentioned that you did not want to take out cash because of the high fees we agreed that i was going to send you a link for the payment which is what we have done. Sorry again for the stress and i hope you understand that the confusion was generated by the miscommunication and the short notice for the check in. We will work with the staff to improve their english skills.

Hola Alex! Lamentamos que no hayas podido llegar a alojarte con nosotros. Al investigar que paso vimos que llegaste a otra ubicacion de nosotros cerca al aeropuerto y la persona que te recibio no estaba informada sobre tu llegada en la otra propiedad. Estuvimos esperandote para el check in en la otra propiedad. Hemos procedido a anular la reserva sin ningun cargo. Esperamos poder recibirte en otra oportunidad.

Estimado Javier, lamentamos que no hayas podido ubicar nuestro alojamiento. Enviamos el detalle de las instrucciones por mensaje y tambien ofrecimos el servicio de traslado. Recomendamos estar pendiente a los mensajes con el alojamiento para evitar inconvenientes.
