Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel! Wonderful staff, great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet had a wide assortment that changes certain items daily. Our junior suite was perfect for two people plus luggage. Large sitting area, large bathroom.

Since the minute we got out of the car the courtesy was 10+ the lobby is amazing and the room you don’t want to go out. Room service, restaurant, concierge, front desk provides amazing service, great food and drinks. This is a truly 5 stars hotel. I will always stay @ Belmond

From start to finish, the staff at Miraflores park were cheerful, friendly, eager to assist and attentive to every detail. The rooms was comfortable and well provisioned. The dining options were fantastic and the pisco sour class offered at the bar was amazing. This was our best five star hotel experience to date and deserves a sixth star.

Belmond is the Best

The Belmond in Lima ranks with some of the best hotels in the world. We had a suite facing the ocean. Lima is a great city to visit and this is a premier 5-star hotel. The service at levels is impeccable. My wife and I will be back.

What an incredible stay - we wish we had more time here. First, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are stunning. We had a suite with ocean views where we could catch the sunset too. The staff went above and beyond - my husband was having breathing issues after arriving from Cusco and they did everything to support him during that time -- from on call doctors to extending our checkout time until our flight departed to constantly checking in on us. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone --- you will not be disappointed!!!

Disappointing

I booked a deluxe ocean view suite and expected a luxurious, top quality room for the super high price tag but was sadly disappointed. My room was very ordinary, lacking in style and comfort, the bathroom was spotless but dated. I was shown a renovated room as an alternative but it wasn’t much better. On the positive side the view was great and the staff were all very helpful.

Fabulous hotel with a top notch staff. We had a great check in with a welcome drink. Room was upgraded to a view of the ocean. Could have sat there all day!! Such a view!! Staff was professional and friendly. Went out of their way to help. Enjoyed the Club. Nice snacks and drinks. Breakfast was wonderful. Variety and service. Great quality. Area is quiet and safe. The hotel was quiet and private while being close to LarcoMar and other sightseeing destinations. The rooftop pool has a lovely view. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here
