This luxurious flat offers a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchen. Its decoration combines minimalism and industrial style to create an elegant and modern atmosphere. It also has common areas such as swimming pool, gym, coworking, billiards and bicycles. From its balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets overlooking the sea over Lima. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and first class stores, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, come and enjoy the best of Lima!
The space
With this brand new flat we offer all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, such as 100+ mbs high-speed WiFi service, a 55" TV with Netflix, a shirt iron, waffle iron, kettle and Italian mocha coffee maker so you can enjoy a delicious coffee every morning.

We also provide pots and pans so you can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils. In addition, we have a children's mattress, so that the little ones can also enjoy a comfortable stay.

The apartment has a full bathroom with towels and toiletries, so you can freshen up after a day of sightseeing. In short, our property is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay, with all the amenities and details you need to feel at home.

Other highlights
Since we take great care of our space, we ask our guests to accept that for stays of 10 days or longer than 10 days, we must consider cleaning staff that will enter the apartment to clean it and change towels and sheets.
This would be repeated every 10 days for the duration of the stay.
The cost of this service, which is the same cost charged for the cleaning of the apartment, will have to be covered by the guest.
