Relax to the max no worries!

The Host Rocio was super helpful. Great! nice and comfy place. Quiet and clean neighborhood. Easy access. I recommend it 100% Looking forward to stay here again. Thanks!

Great place to stay. However, the property owner was not so communicative. Poor qualitybed headboard

The owner had a bad quality bed headboard that did not even belong to that bed. It was made out of a material that was not wood. The humidity in peru is very strong for a marerial like that. I just sat down on the bed and barely reclined my back when the headnoard broke and fell on the floor. The owner charged me $150 for a headboard that probably costed her $50. It was old and bad quality. It was already cracked from previous tenants I am sure but it happens to be that I was the “lucky one” ending up paying waaay more than a headboard that was handcrafted to a matress. That’s ok. I am a very responsible person and if she overcharged me for a cheap bed, her loss because I have family and friends that wanted to stay there. Not anymore. Another thing. My niece came to visit for one hour, and the owner was asking questions if someone else was staying there? Really? I’m surprised she didn’t charge me for that too. Third, the owner sister was told that I checked out at 2am when the checkout was before 11am. I was still in the apartment until 9am or so before my trip. To make the long story short, I will never rent front her ever again. Just think about how much is $150 in soles in peru? Wow! That is a lot of money she charged me from a cardboard material. Good for her. I’m not loosing anything because like I said family and friends from my airline company wanted to vacation there (not anymore). Live and learn. Never again.

Great location!

The property is located a couple of blocks from the access to Costa Verde (Ave. Sucre entrance). This is great for walking, jogging, biking, and sea seeing. It is also closed to Av. Brasil which takes you to downtown Lima very easily. It's also closed to San Isidro and Miraflores for great a great dining experience. Overall, the property is clean, pretty, and has great views. Recommend it 100%.

Great apartment, location and experience!

Overall the apartment is fantastic. The location is in a good spot for a very Peruvian experience and not too far from anything. Rocio was a great host and made sure everything went extremely smoothly. Having someone managing the front door really helped make the apartment feel very safe as well. Overall great experience, thanks!

Very nice, neat and cozy apartment

Me and my family of 3 spent 17 days and our experience was very good. Excellent location, even a beauty salon next door, bodegas, restaurants are pretty close. If anything to say, will be a little traffic noice in the AM, but, once you get used, it’s not even notice and the living room cauch are gorgeous but not too comfortable, I might say, for us, we are a TV family and for my family, this is priority, others, will be hanging out knowing and enjoying beautiful Lima instead! Excellent privacy, no worries about security, it’s amazing, price? It Can be any better super affordable and convenient! I highly recommend this spot across the board!!!!
