“We have been coming to Johnson City for the past eight years! We have our favorite places we love to stay at, but when they aren’t available, it allows us to explore a different part of town. This unit is a small space at the back and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very private, parking in front, close to the downtown area where great food can be found! ”

“This is a great downtown location! We were close to many restaurants, shopping and events. The street noise was not really an issue for us, but the train came thru at least 3 times each night and it is right outside the bedroom windows. Noise from other apartments was not noticeable. Check in was a breeze. Parking was easy for us, but we have a disabled family member and used handicap parking right outside the property. Lot parking was nearby though. The grounds, building and apartment were each……

“Only thing was the inside of the refrigerator had some stains, but was clean. I would suggest leaving more towels than 4 for 4 guests”

“Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs.……
