The staff was very welcoming to us in English. The breakfast they served was fantastic and they even packed a breakfast for my husband and two boys who wanted to go hike Mt. The room was absolutely lovely. The website is misleading with the spa amenities - closed since Covid. The staff is marginally friendly and some of them can be helpful. The lady that greeted me the day I checked in was rude and pushy and that was disappointing.
