It was more an apartment than a hotel room, with fridge/freezer, sink, living area and two separate bedrooms. Be aware that it was initially difficult to find because the rooms are within a retirement home and the facilities within our room clearly supported assisted living. Staff very friendly!」

「We stayed for couple of nights and would highly recommend it to anyone who would like to visit Carcassonne. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and train station. The castle is about 15-20 minutes walk through charming streets and the old bridge which is a pedestrian bridge. This bridge is also possibly the best viewing point and photo opportunity. Richard and Helen were very kind, on our arrival a bottle of red wine greeted us at the apartment. Very thoughtful. Thank you!」

"Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel."
