There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. Couldn't get any relaxation if you think you're stay in a residential accommodation. Staff / Owner was polite, room was clean & tidy. Nothing to complain! Will definitely visit again."
