You can experience concerts, nightlife, sporting events, breweries, local shops and so much more within walking distance. Your neighbors close include the movie theater, restaurants and the University of Nebraska down the street. Stay cozy in this brand-new remodel in the old electrical building, with a fireplace, Midwest decor and all the amenities you might need.

Great location to experience Lincoln
Location is right in the heart of Lincoln. Within walking distance of the Haymarket, UNL campus and all the restaurants, shops and theatres in downtown. Parking is very convenient and is included in the price of the stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Communication was perfect.

Birthday Staycation!
My husband & I share a birthday & we stayed at the cozy condo for that! We originally had it booked for a wedding back in September but that got called off so this was the date we moved that reservation to! We absolutely love the place it was super cozy & felt like home. We loved that it was even decorated for the holidays, had candles & personal touches all around the little apartment! We aren’t used to downtown living so parking & walking isn’t normal but it was still really close & in a private secured area of the parking garage which was super nice! We’d definitely stay here again on another staycation!
