「Everything we expected. The property was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the items for us to cook and dine without having to go out and pur hase anything. A/C worked perfectly. Very comfortable and cozy. Great communication with the host. Parking was a little tight for my full sized pickup,but we figured it out fine and was not an issue.」

「What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. Several of us were already in the casual living room at 7 and none of us could get the coffee maker to...

「It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable.」

「Very cute hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff was courteous and kind. No problems with parking, since there is a parking garage right next to the hotel, but we decided to use the valet parking. We will definitely stay here again!」

「The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building. The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay. We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel! The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation.」

「The room was modern and beautiful but a bit small (we had a king bed). Huge TV though and a smaller pool. Great view of a thunderstorm from the 4th floor and easy access via elevators and stairs. Also it was quiet at night.」

「My only observation regarding less than great is that the parking is odd. Entrance and exit are the same and only one-lane. Entrance requires scanning a room key but the scanner is some distance from the entrance and not well marked. This should Have been explained upon checking.」

「I’ve stayed here a few times. Rooms have always been clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s very walkable from most Venues and restaurants.」

「bus shuttle is really great，but there was a night, the neighbors were in party at 3:40am! It was so interrupted! This is unforgivable! 」

「Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.」
