“This location was perfect by all metrics! Clean, spacious, attractive, well appointed, safe, conveniently located with everything in good working order. We couldn’t have been more pleased. If we return to Lincoln City, this would be our first choice of places to stay. ”

“The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. The master had the start of mold in several places. One of the toilets was slanted and leaning to one side. The landscaping was overgrown. The furnishings……

“Comfortable, fun space for our large family and small dog. When the weather didn't cooperate for beach fun, there was still plenty to enjoy at the house. My parents routinely walk ten miles a day, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for that. My daughters had their loft ”

“Clean and tidy. Great for my husband and I to have a quick get away. Loved the deck and how close it was to the beach. We did have dinner in one night and i would caution oven temp seems to cook hotter than expected.”

“The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. ”
