Beachfront cottage cozy & warm while watching wild surf action

The Jetty Avenue Cottage is a special place for adults. No kids please.
It's On the beach , a 1946 brick oceanfront gem within walking distance to Chinook Winds
Casino. The cottage features stairs directly to the famed Lincoln City
beach, showcasing some of the best views in the area for whale watching,
kite flying, and beach combing! The house is comfortably furnished and we
provide linens, towels, and a starter kit of paper products. Our newly
remodeled beautiful kitchen is well-equipped; the custom fir cabinets, new
appliances, and stunning blue quartzite countertops make the space a
delight to view and use. Other updates include oak flooring, brand new
bathroom with raindrop shower and soaking tub, an outdoor fire pit with
comfortable chairs and a picnic table. If indoors is your choice of the
day, we have board games and wifi as well as TV in each of the bedrooms
and living room including Netflix and Roku. Living room has a 42"
Please No single night gaps during Spring Break, July & August.

The cottage was clean and comfortably furnished. Host provided binder with helpful information - thermostat, appliances, WiFi and TV, etc. Good location. Spent much of our time sitting is those comfortable chairs reading and looking out at the ocean. Second time we stayed at cottage and would stay again.

I came to relax from a busy schedule and was able to completely reset, the view from the house is award winning and hard to get up from. Kitchen was fully stocked and was in a great location.

Gorgeous beachfront property! We loved staying here and hope to be back! The views are stunning, and the house has steps with direct access to the beach. They even had beach chairs to use and binoculars for viewing wildlife. Great little backyard with a fire pit too! The home was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials for meals at “home”. Very close/convenient to grocery shopping. We drove South one day and North another, so it was nice to be centrally located. The host is super responsive and renting was easy. Top notch all the way!

Wonderful stay at the Jetty cottage. We really loved the easy access to the beach (just down the steps), the unmatched view of the ocean (especially sunsets), location to grocery store and casino (can walk and don't have to travel on 101), location to local attractions (in town and hiking) and kitchen set up for making meals. Would recommend to others and book a stay here again without hesitation. What are you waiting for?

A perfect cottage

This lovely home offered everything you could ask for. It is right on the Pacific Ocean with direct access to the beach. Lincoln City offers just the right mix of things to do and ways to relax. The Chinook Winds Casino is right down the street. Great restaurants everywhere. We never had a bad meal. When we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the house, Door Dash brought the food to us. The grocery store is also very close if you choose to cook. The bathrooms and kitchen are very modern.

Great little beach cottage

We have stayed here more than one. My father and I. It is an excellent location and the house is cozy and friendly. It is well cared for and well equipped. Parking is easy. TVs and kitchen appliances easy to use. View is panoramic. Stairs to the beach are not for those with mobility issues but can walk to casino or Safeway. Furniture is comfortable and usable for older people. This property great for 2 people, single person, or small family. Neighborhood feels safe and properties are maintained.

A lovely getaway

This property is a gem. Right on the beach with private stairs to walk down. Walkable to the casino and a public garden. Plus restaurants. Wonderful living room layout with a large couch and 2 swivel chairs in front of the big windows facing the ocean. We will definitely be back.

Quick girls trip for Little River Band concert at Chinook Winds

Lovely and delightful little craftsman home, right on the water. So cozy with very nice amenities, comfortable beds and stunning views and easy beach access. Definitely will be back, the only downside, they don't take dogs.
