This hotel-style condo for four is on the south side of town, right across from the cinemas. There are restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach is just about a block away. You can enjoy it all from the amazing view from the private balcony!

As you step inside, you're greeted by a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, perfect for whipping up snacks, as well as the bath's nice, relaxing shower. At the other end of the room are two queen-size beds for four, and plenty of floor space for any dogs, who are welcome. Take in some fresh air on the balcony, use the WiFi to plan something fun, or watch some cable on the flatscreen TV - it's up to you!

There's plenty to enjoy in Lincoln City, from beaches and dining right outside your door to the Lincoln City Outlet mall two miles away to Chinook Winds Casino Resort three miles farther north. Natural beauty awaits too, with parks like Devils Lake and Siletz Bay within a couple miles of your home!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Over priced and dingy

I would say "you get what you pay for" but for 700$ for 4 nights i expected something decent. If you plan to book at this location just keep in mind the pictures are either super old or only of their best room. When we arrived, the floors were nasty, the bedding was stained. The walls were nasty and paint was peeling everywhere. The baseboards were grimy and filthy. The fridge was sticky and gross. We only had two towels for 4 people. When we asked housekeeping about the towls and cleanliness they said they were short staffed and couldn't help much. We ended up having to clean the entire room ourselves before we could move anything in. Also note that the walls are paper thin. We ended up getting stuck under a group of people with about 5 kids and several adults which I'm sure they had people staying in their room that they didn't account for when they booked their room. I tried to call management several times about the party going on above us (literally...until 3 am every night) but was never able to reach ANYONE. our 4 days spent there were miserable and I would have much rather stayed at a motel 8. It would have been cheaper too. Also, there was absolutely water pressure so trying to shower was like standing under a dripping faucet. My advice to anyone looking to rent these out...don't. Motel 6 would have been more enjoyable than this place.

Get what you pay for!

This was a great rate for an ocean view but it comes with cheap and lacking accommodations (still beautiful view). TV/Cable didn’t work at all, thin walls allow lots of interesting listening, water pressure was non existent. Contactless entry was easy and convenient. Parking is less than desirable. Pet friendly!!

Dirty and rundown, with nowhere to walk pets

I tried to contact the property manager before leaving a bad review, but he never responded. So it makes this even worse! To start, this room needs some major maintenance. -The screen door fell off on the first try to close it. -it had a huge tear in the bottom of the screen -The bed skirt had something nasty on it which made us feel like the room wasn't cleaned. And who knew if the sheets were clean. -The toilet ran constantly. -If you moved the table bench the TV Power would turn off (mysteriously). - we lost power while there the last morning. (I'm sure do to the storm, but still, there was no back up or emergency lighting.) For a pet friendly hotel you would think there would be more access for dog walking and duties. Our dog had to use one small patch of grass where other rude people hadn't even cleaned up after their pets. I took my mom here for her birthday and I was embarrassed to even have her stay here. After all the hidden fees I could have stayed at a clean well maintained hotel for the same price. I'm sorry to say I won't be recommending this property to anybody.

Nice for a short trip

Exactly as pictured, beautiful view. I wish the actual price (with all fees) were advertised before clicking to book. Got an email that we'd be able to check in early at 11, but we went by at 11:30 and it was still being cleaned. It was clean though with comfy beds.
