Perfect ocean view
Loved the large window to watch the ocean waves. Took 2 long walks each day on the beach. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Easy check in and the host was friendly and quick with responses. Will book again.

Nice place for a short getaway
We booked this condo for a 3 night stay. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked. The room is right on the end of the building so there is a side window that expands the view. We liked the view, and kept one window open for the sound of the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing views, less than amazing property upkeep
As others have noted, the location of the property right on the beach and the views onto the ocean are unbeatable. The Seahorse unit itself, however, needs some TLC. Others have noted the stains on the carpet. The entire place would benefit greatly from fresh paint, new curtains, and upgraded furniture. In addition, the glass sliding doors in the hall closet don't slide and the bathroom cabinet has one door that falls off if opened. The windows with the incredible view need maintenance. One of the front windows has lost its latch so does not close all the way. The window overlooking the D river needs repair or replacing to preserve the view, which is partly obscured by condensation and staining between the layers of glass. Overall, we enjoyed the unimpeded view onto the beach and the sound of the waves but will not be back until this unit receives the care and maintenance it needs.

Lincoln City Sea Horse Suite
The property was located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was roomy and wasn’t cluttered with a lot of extra knickknacks which allowed us space for our personal stuff. We felt that the condo was very clean and tidy but there were a few stains on the carpet. Overall, we would highly recommend this property.
