Property was awesome. Check in was horrible. Came at 330 for two rooms. Told they would be ready at check in time 4pm. One was ready. We did not get keys to the other room until around 6pm. During that time the staff was increasingly rude when we inquired as to whether the room was ready. Nobody wants to spend hours of the trip they paid a premium for waiting for their hotel room and being treated rudely by staff.

The location of this hotel is great especially for game days, but it is an quirky older hotel. The parking garage was full and had a broken elevator. The breakfast (not included with room) wasn't impressive and most items of the buffet were not stocked well. The lobby coffee also was constantly gone. The room was cute, Nebraska decorated with minimal tolietries. Only negative with room was toilet paper. We had only a small half-gone roll, and we met a lady in the elevator who had the same issue.

Very nice property excellent pool one of the best spoke with the gentleman that maintains the pool takes great pride in his work. The front desk staff did their job, but could’ve been more welcoming and assisted with choices for dining and places in the area not particularly hospitable.

Rooms could probably use some new trim soon. Could tell the paint was CAKED on. Would make the rooms look much newer! Otherwise I have always loved this hotel!

We have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time, three different staff members were indifferent or downright rude. Even other guests were talking about it in the elevator! When I checked in, I asked about valet parking. She snapped that they would not have valet all weekend, even though the valet sign was out weekend. The self park garage is a nightmare… It is so narrow and tight, you can barely get your car through it, as evidenced by all the scrapes on both sides. The second night I parked in a public lot- for $10 less. The air in our room did not work so the next morning I stopped at the front desk and was again treated like a bother (by a different staff member). She said she would put in a maintenance request, but the next night it still did not work. It was so hot and stuffy we couldn’t sleep. They also did not clean the room on Saturday. On Saturday, the keys on the entire floor we’re not working. Heading back to the lobby to have our keys reset, the other guests all talked about the rude staff. On a good note, we got two free drink, coupons and the bartenders in the hotel restaurant were great - even remembering our drink order from the night before. Overall, I do not plan on staying there again, mostly because of the staff!

Super unique hôtel with fabulous flair and very inclusive. The rooms and swimming pool especially could use some maintenance (updates). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The early check in process is beyond frustrating. Apparently you show up and if you get early check in, they charge you - if not, you have to find something to do for a few hours. The tv in the room was broken- called the front desk about 7PM, they said they would send someone up - no one showed up - finally put out the ‘Do not disturb’ at 1130. Frustrating

We were awakened at 2:00 a.m. by a horrible noise I think was caused by the heating/air conditioning system. We had to change rooms. We were comped a cold breakfast with really bad coffee😕

I liked the staff, super friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that there was no towels in the pool room and it was a cold wet trip back to the room. But overall enjoyed the stay!
