Area seems a little undesirable. Broken down car in parking lot. Nearby motels appear to not be for short term stays.

The staff met all my needs as I am handicapped. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Everything was clean. I wish they had more to offer for breakfast. No fresh fruit was available.

I called hotels around asking about pool availability. I chose this because someone (or ai?) said the pool was working and open. We got there and there was a sign saying pool closed for maintenance you can use the Fairfield hotel pool next door if you wanted to swim which was nice but not what we were expecting since pictures of HI pool is what we were expecting. So 3 for service because of that.

This property is less appealing than most Holiday Inn Express. Not easy to locate, bathroom was not as clean as I expect, checkin staff not as friendly.

Above & beyond.
Clean and friendly staff. They went above & beyond for us. Our team had to leave super early & they opened breakfast early for them. I even had an issue with an ice machine & the friendly maintenance man was right there to help me out.

Have stayed here several times and its a nice hotel, just off the interstate. There are several name brand hotels clumped together near the airport. It feels a little sketchy as its in an industrial area, but ive walked my dog here the at least 6 or 7 tines weve stayed here and never had anything close to a problem. Good, fairly priced, clean hotel.

The place was never really clean. The floors were never vacuumed for the entire week that I stayed there. I never received the notice that they only come 1 time every 3 days to clean unless you ask them to come more frequently, so leaving and coming back to a dirty room was irritating...not to mention that when I did ask for clean towels, I had to go downstairs and get them myself, only to find them sitting on the unsanitary counter by the cash register. Why would I put a towel/rag on my face when it's been out for people to cough on in the most frequented space in the whole hotel, by the front door? I will never stay here again.

I booked two rooms. One room wreaked of mildew. Since we were only staying one night we worked through that ourselves. Our other room had no hot water for a single shower. The breakfast was decent. Price was good for our needs.

The old abandoned (?) hotels in the same vicinity are a sketchy! Holiday Inn itself was very nice. Nice staff.
