Welcome to our newly renovated 1Br/1Ba condo 1.3 miles from Loon Mountain, base lodge. This cozy 504 sq ft space accommodates a max of 5 guests. It offers a small kitchen with all the cooking basics. During the ski season, take advantage of the free shuttle to Loon Mountain.

Enjoy the breath taking views of the East Pemigewasset River and Loon Mountain, South Peak side from your privacy balcony.

The resort offers family-friendly amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room and a fitness center). The Great Room is a place to relax and enjoy the fireplace, watch TV, read a book, play games or to get some work done. During the summer months, enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ and picnic area.

There is free wifi and cable TV. Netflix for streaming with own account.

Resort quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
No parties or events
No pets allowed on the resort
No smoking or vaping of any substance in the unit, balcony or shared space.

**CANCELLATIONS made during the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee**
• Wash any used pots/pans/dish ware/utensils. Please do not put non-stick pans into the dishwasher.
• Turn down Mysa thermostats (3 total) to 55F
• Turn off all lights and fans
• Take all personal trash out to the trash chute. Located between C & D Wings.
• Lock all windows and doors
• Place card keys on the kitchen island at check out.
