I wanted to share feedback about my recent stay at your hotel, as the experience was unfortunately very disappointing.
When we first arrived and began checking the room, we noticed a large stain on the pull-out sofa bed. We immediately informed the front desk and asked if the bedding could be changed while we were out for a few hours. The staff member said it would be taken care of, but when we returned, the same stained bedding was still there.
I went back to the front desk to ask about it again, but the staff member seemed to have difficulty understanding me. I requested clean bedding, and at first was told there were none available because everything was being washed. After repeating myself several times, I was finally given one sheet and one blanket.
Since the room was reserved for six people and the sofa bed was meant to accommodate additional guests, I expected there to be enough pillows and blankets for everyone, but there were not. I ended up having to change the stained sheet myself, which appeared to have a blood-like stain, and had to ask for gloves because I didn’t feel comfortable touching it.
In addition, there was only one roll of toilet paper for six guests, and very few towels. One of the towels provided was visibly dirty. The window area also had several bugs.
Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and I was embarrassed after recommending and booking this room for my group. I hope you will address these issues to prevent this from
