"The first room they put me in had dried urine all over the toilet seat. When I told the staff, I was put in a different room. That room had popcorn strewn all under the desk area so clearly neither room had been properly cleaned. The bath towel I used to dry off with was so worn in places I could literally look through it and see myself in the mirror. I will never book there ever again. Total trash hotel in my experience."
