"There are several things that caused the loss of a couple of stars:1) The ad needs to explain that both baths are upstairs. We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box. "Room was clean and beds comfortable. After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. Took her a half hour to get some eggs and semi frozen in the middle sausage out. Coffee she made was super diluted. She couldn't find the waffle butter spray. After almost an hour, help showed up and took care of issues within 10 minutes. The desk gentleman who checked us in the night before was very kind, sympatheic and apologetic. Issues beyond his control in the parking lot, where PD had to be called for assistance. He allowed extra pool time and whatever else he could do for us."

"Pool was closed for renovation which was not known on booking. We came down for an event and were under the impression that hotel parking was for hotel guests and got there to find out all the parking was completely full. Nothing was communicated before that parking needed to be reserved my husband had to drive around to find parking and walk back to the hotel."

"The clerk at the desk when we checked in was extremely helpful and polite even though she was very busy checking in a large group of people. She gave us directions for getting to the elevator then which way to turn when we got off the elevator. We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be clean a well maintained. The outside landscaping could use a little spruce up but overall it is fine."
