"There are several things that caused the loss of a couple of stars:1) The ad needs to explain that both baths are upstairs. We had elderly relatives that have difficulty with so many stairs.2) We were not supposed to be charged until our 1st day of our reservation but we were charged when we made the reservation. 3) Front steps are soft wood that feel like they are about to crack.4) Keys were in a lock box.
