Family Visit

Everything was sparkling clean and well appointed.The carport covered entrance was a plus, didn’t have to load or unload the car in the rain.Owner was very responsive to my needs.Having a morning coffee while watching the deer browse along the wood lot was a pleasant plus

In town for wedding

We enjoyed the house and amenities! Very clean and host was super responsive. Only minor suggestion would be clear instructions on how to access the back of the house. Directions take you to main driveway. At night the back driveway to carport was difficult to see. Other than that, house was amazing! Thank you for having us!

Fishing Tournament

The property was clean and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Communication clear and precise. And the best part, plenty of room to maneuver a 21' boat which fit perfectly under the carport.

Clean and convenient

It was a very clean, modern, and spacious area. There was plenty of room for parking and very easy to find. It was located in the basement of a house but had a lower level walkout and the rooms were nicely furnished. It had a full kitchen and living room area with a tv. The only negative was the noise that you can hear from the upstairs. It was like people were marching around the house nonstop until around midnight and then back again by 7am.

It worked for our purpose, but a little disappointed

PROS: It was clean, had an equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect with the convenience of being close to food and shopping. Nice backyard.CONS: There is no way this bottom basement apartment has a sq ft size of 2158. The master BR mattress should be replaced, it sags in the middle, so sleeping comfortably was challenging. When people arrived to stay in the main house on the first level, floors squeaked. If your going to rent out the basement, make sure to check if the floors will squeak or not. The property manager took 2 days to respond and give us the WiFi login, because the instructions they had provided didnt work when we arrived, we contacted the host at 830 in the evening, not too late on a Saturday night. Yes, per their checkin email, I contacted them within the 8am-12am when they stated they were going to be available.
