"This is hands-down the best hotel experience I've ever had. I've never experienced a more friendly and professional staff. Honestly, I feel like I've made friends for life.
It is extremely clean, extremely convenient, and at the best price in town for all the amenities.
Amenities:
Rooftop access 24/7, and it's nice. If it weren't storming while we were here. we would've used it more.
Free bike use: They have bikes and helmets available for use around town, free of charge.
Daily room cleaning without asking. This is a rarity since COVID and it is the cleanest clean I've ever seen in a hotel. It isn't just a wipe down. It's like a new hotel room every day. Glorious!
Central location- I spent my youth in this area and have family both in Lynnwood and Renton. I chose downtown as a central spot. Very convenient.
Excellent hot coffee. I haven't paid for coffee since I've been here this visit.
Staff- this is an amenity. More knowledgeabke about the area than any other hotel staff. It's like every one of them is a local guide. Lovely!
Some things to consider:
Parking- *note- parking spots are very tiny in Seattle*
Garage- Garage is extra and the most expensive option. They only have 5 spots currently and is first-come, first-serve.
Use the paylot on 3rd Strreet, N side of street, just E of the hotel.
Breakfast- None offered. I hate hotel breakfasts, so no big deal for me. Plenty of excellent options in the area. "
"Good thing they let me do early checkin. And the room is clean, and i got a city view which is amazing. I'm surprised with the bathroom the space was big. They have a restaurant too at 2nd floor which was great because some resto close early. Staff members are super nice,, lobby is spacious they got water and lemonade water,, you can buy some snacks too and drinks at the lobby and they have microwave and utensils just in case you brought food home from walking outside. Overall amazing stay, i super loved it,, gonna consider going here again if i visit seattle again "
"Courteous and helpful staff, comfortable and well appointed room, quiet halls, beautiful lounge areas and convenient location with indoor access to the monorail. "
"Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.
I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. The convenience of the location is amazing. The rooms are all clean and the amenities, even though I didn’t use many of them, were hi baby"
